Ürünlerimizin sonuna kadar arkasındayız. Bu yüzden kullanıcılarımıza %100 iade/değişim garantisi veriyoruz. Herhangi bir sebepten dolayı üründen memnun kalmazsan, 60 gün içinde iade/değişim için gönderebilirsin.
İade ve değişimlerde tarafımıza gönderirken ürünün kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir. Değişim sonrası tarafınıza gönderilen ürünün kargo ücreti ise firmamıza aittir.

İade ettiğim ürünün geri ödemesi ne zaman yapılacak?
İptal ettiğiniz bir siparişin ücret iade işlemleri 2 iş günü içerisinde tamamlanır. İade edilen ürün süreci aşağıdaki gibidir:
--Ürün bize ulaştıktan sonra iade şartlarına uygunluğu kontrol edilir.
--Ürün iade şartlarına uygunsa 2-10 gün içerisinde iade süreci tamamlanır.
--Ürün iade şartlarına uygun değilse adresinize geri gönderilir.
--Ayrıca iptal veya iadeniz tamamlanınca üyelik e-mailinize bir bilgilendirme mesajı gönderilir.
--Bu mesajı aldıysanız bankanıza Pasage tarafından ücret iadesi yapılmış demektir.
--İade edilen tutarın kartınıza yansıma süresi bankanıza bağlıdır. Kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptıysanız genelde bir kaç günde yansır. Banka kartlarında ise iadenin hesabınıza yansıma süresi daha uzundur.
--Pasage taksitle yapılan alışverişlerin ücretini bankaya tek seferde öder. Banka, bu tutarı kredi kartınıza taksit sayısı kadar ayda iade eder. Örn: 6 taksitle aldıysanız 6 ayda iade tamamlanır.
--Kargo bedava kampanyasıyla oluşturulan siparişlerin iptal/iadesi olursa ve kalan tutar kampanya şartını sağlamıyorsa iade edilecek ürün bedelinden kargo ücreti düşülür.

What happens if I violate the program's terms and conditions?
Violations of our terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any future commissions.
